Article 1 - Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at Société MAKK, 5 rue de la couarte, 40130 Capbreton FRANCE - [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Article 2 - Effects of withdrawal In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. You must return the goods to us or to Société MAKK, 5 rue de la couarte, 40130 Capbreton- FRANCE, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Article 3. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Article 4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Article 5. Exchanges (if applicable) We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and send us your item to: Société MAKK, 5 rue de la couarte, 40130 Capbreton, France. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
