  • How are Makk Design products assembled?

Most Makk Design products arrive disassembled. Assembly is done without any specific tools and is simple.

  • Is there a protective film on acrylic or mirror products?

Our acrylic items come with a protective film on both sides, which is almost invisible. Remember to remove it carefully to fully enjoy the beauty of our products. To do this, start at one corner and peel off the protective film completely.

  • How to clean acrylic or mirror products?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth, such as chamois, and rub gently.

  • How to maintain brass?

Brass parts can become rusty over time. To maintain their shine and remove any marks, we recommend applying a small amount of product to a cloth and gently rubbing the affected areas. Finally, make a final pass with a clean, dry cloth to reveal the full shine of the brass.

  • What are the shipping/delivery times?

Shipping within 3 working days. Delivery within 3-5 working days for Metropolitan France and 7-8 working days for international.

  • Where are the products manufactured?

All our items are made in our workshop located in Capbreton, in the South West of France.

  • What materials are used?

Our products containing wood are made from sustainable FSC/PEFC certified wood (labels guaranteeing that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests).

  • How do I return an order?

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to write to us at contact@makkdesign.com with your order number and the reason for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in the case of the wrong item received, the item received broken, etc.). We do not accept returns of personalized items.

  • What are your customization services?

Wood or acrylic engraving, custom support/design, implementation pack (for your resellers). We ask for a minimum quantity of 10 pieces/custom design. Do not hesitate to tell us about your project at contact@makkdesign.com .

  • Do you do wholesale?

Yes, our trade discounts are as follows:

From 250€ to 499€ of purchase excluding VAT: 10% automatic discount
