- How are Makk Design products assembled?
Most Makk Design products arrive disassembled. Assembly is simple and requires no special tools.
- Is there a protective film on acrylic or mirror products?
Our acrylic items come with a nearly invisible protective film on both sides. Remember to remove it completely to fully appreciate the beauty of our products. To do so, start at a corner and peel off the protective film entirely.
- How do you clean acrylic or mirrored products?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth, such as a chamois, and rub gently.
- How to care for brass?
Brass pieces can oxidize over time. To maintain their shine and remove any tarnish, we recommend applying a small amount of product to a cloth and gently rubbing the affected areas. Finally, wipe with a clean, dry cloth to reveal the full luster of the brass.
- Where are the products manufactured?
All our items are manufactured in our workshop located in Capbreton, in the Southwest of France.
- What materials are used?
Our wood-containing products are made from FSC/PEFC certified sustainable wood (labels guaranteeing that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests).
- What are your personalization services?
Wood or acrylic engraving, custom support/design, display pack (for your resellers). We require a minimum order of 10 pieces/custom design. Feel free to share your project with us at contact@makkdesign.com .
- Do you do wholesale?

DELIVERY & RETURNS
- What are the shipping/delivery times?
Dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery within 3-5 business days for Metropolitan France and 7-8 business days internationally.
- How can I return an order?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to email us at contact@makkdesign.com with your order number and the reason for your return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in the case of receiving the wrong item, a broken item, etc.). We do not accept returns of personalized items.
