RETURN POLICY

Article 1 - Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at SARL MAKK, 254 chemin du Bayonnais, Box 8, 40230 Benesse Maremne FRANCE – contact@makkdesign.com , of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Article 2 - Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

You must return or hand over the goods to SARL MAKK, 254 chemin du Bayonnais, Box 8, 40230 Benesse Maremne FRANCE , without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Article 3 - Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Article 4 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@makkdesign.com.

Article 5 - Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same item, please email us at contact@makkdesign.com and send your item to: SARL MAKK, 254 chemin du Bayonnais, Box 8, 40230 Benesse-Maremne, FRANCE.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
